Frequently asked questions.

Who do you work with?

The quick answer is anyone! I can help a newly pregnant mom figure out and locate a best fit provider for her prenatal care. I am here to provide resources for a mom who is already established with a provider who is looking for more information to feel empowered going into birth, whether it’s her first or fifth child.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes! Getting the support and care you need should never be restricted by your financial situation. Payment plans will be set up to automatically draft.

What is the difference between you and a doula?

There are similarities and differences. When someone says ‘doula, they’re usually referring to a birth doula, who works with getting to know the mother during pregnancy and is there to support mom during labor and birth. There are also postpartum doulas, who support mom’s needs after baby gets here. I am only virtual right now so I am unable to fulfill any in-person support roles, however I can virtually be your biggest advocate and cheerleader, from pregnancy through the first year.

Why should I hire you?

I have many years of experience advocating for patients as an Athletic Trainer. I am familiar with both the western scope of medicine as well as more holistic approaches. After walking through pregnancy myself, I come with a lot of research to pass along to you to feel empowered and informed. This became a passion project, after I realized when talking to other mom’s about things I’d learned they were uninformed or had experienced their own birth trauma. My goal is for the term birth trauma to be non-existent one day because all moms are informed and empowered!

What areas do you plan to serve? Specific geographical areas or remote services as well?

Central Texas + remotely anyone in the US (my plan is to help those who aren't local find providers they can trust.)
